Relationships and Effectiveness among Various Questionnaires before and after Intervention of Hearing Aids

Abstract

|
The purpose of this study was to confirm satisfaction in hearing aid users by using APHAB, HH, IOI-HA. Responses of 61 hearing aid users were analyzed. The results were as follow. All the mean scores fall between 2.86 and 3.86 somewhat above the middle of the scoring range. This seems to be indicative of the subject group’s relative satisfaction with their fitting outcomes on the whole. There was no statistically significant effect between APHAB and HHI fitted subjects on IOI-HA mean (p<0.05).
